Publishing Model

Continuous Publication Model

The Jazer Journal of Translational Health Science (JJTHS) follows a continuous publication model to ensure the timely and efficient dissemination of high-quality research.

Unlike traditional issue-based publishing, where articles are released at fixed intervals, JJTHS operates on a rolling publication system. Articles are published online immediately after completion of peer review, editorial processing, copyediting, typesetting, and DOI assignment. This enables rapid availability of research findings and facilitates timely citation, visibility, and indexing.

Advantages of Continuous Publication

  • Rapid dissemination: Articles are published as soon as they are ready, without waiting for issue compilation
  • Enhanced visibility and accessibility: Each article is assigned a DOI and becomes immediately available to a global audience
  • Efficient publication workflow: Articles are released in the order of completion, ensuring transparency in the publication process
  • Support for open access principles: Promotes wider dissemination, discoverability, and reuse under the journal’s open access policy

Issue Compilation and Archiving

While articles are published continuously, they are subsequently organized into periodic issues for indexing, citation, and archival purposes. Each issue represents a defined publication period (e.g., quarterly), and includes all articles published within that timeframe, regardless of their individual publication dates.
