Submission Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript to the Jazer Journal of Translational Health Science (JJTHS), authors should ensure that all requirements outlined below have been met. Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned without review.

Manuscript preparation

  • The manuscript is prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)
  • The title page includes the full title, complete author names, institutional affiliations, and corresponding author contact details
  • An abstract is provided (structured for original research; unstructured for other article types)
  • Relevant keywords are included following the abstract
  • The manuscript is organized according to the journal’s recommended structure
  • Figures and tables are appropriately placed within the manuscript
  • Figures are also submitted as separate high-resolution files (TIFF, JPEG, or PNG; minimum 300 dpi)
  • Each figure includes a descriptive legend, and each table includes a clear title or caption
  • The manuscript is written in clear, grammatically correct academic English
  • An Author Contributions (CRediT) statement is included
  • A Data Availability Statement is provided
  • References are cited consistently in the text and listed in an appropriate standard format

Ethical and legal compliance

  • Ethical approval has been obtained for studies involving human participants or animals, where applicable
  • Informed consent has been obtained for studies involving human subjects
  • A statement is included if no human or animal subjects were involved
  • No identifiable personal data are included without explicit consent
  • All conflicts of interest are disclosed, or a statement declaring no conflicts is included
  • Funding sources are clearly acknowledged
  • The manuscript is original, free from plagiarism, and all sources are properly cited
  • Clinical trial registration details are provided where applicable
  • Any use of artificial intelligence tools has been disclosed in accordance with journal policy

Publishing policy compliance

  • The manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere
  • All authors have reviewed and approved the final version
  • All authors agree on the order of authorship
  • The manuscript complies with the journal’s open access policy (CC BY 4.0 license)
  • Permission or proper attribution has been obtained for any previously published material

Language requirements

All submissions must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically accurate English. Either British or American English may be used, provided consistency is maintained throughout the manuscript.

Manuscripts should:

  • Use formal academic language and appropriate scientific terminology
  • Be free from grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors
  • Present ideas clearly with logical structure and coherence

Authors are encouraged to review their manuscripts carefully prior to submission, including the use of language editing tools or peer feedback where necessary. Manuscripts that do not meet acceptable language standards may be returned for revision or declined during the editorial process.
